Introduction:
GBK thinks that, training is the best process/means to improve human potentials, skill and knowledge for their professional development. GBK is providing training to the organizational and other organization staffs as well as group members with this objective. The organization has established an well equipped training and resource center titled “Training & Resource Centre” (GBK-TRC) .

Structural Development
There were significant structural development on last financial year 2007-2008 in GBK-TRC; it’s increased now a three stored building with 3 different class room/ballrooms. Around 50 participant’s capacity is available in the large hall room and 30 participants capacity are in each of the medium training rooms. There is enough number of discussion/mini workshops rooms adjacent with the training hall.
A total 39 two seated (with attached bathroom) rooms for the participants in a very charming atmosphere at the training centre. The dining has capacity for 60 participants at time. A library is also in the TRC where the participants can study and enjoy different documents/publications.

Equipments available at TRC:
Computer, Projector, Projector screen, Color Television , Sound system (Amplifier, sound box, Cord and Cord less Microphone, )
Musical instruments available at TRC:
Madol, Nagra, Dotara, Khomak, Jhanjor, Dholok, Kortal, Harmonium, flute and others.
Conclusion:
GBK use its TRC for the training purpose of the organization. However, the facilities are also available for the outside organizations in a rental basis. For booking or any further information, readers are requested to contact with GBK-TRC.
