Budget Recommendation

Recommend annual savings, loan budgets, general fund, and project budgets to the General Council.

Organizational Structure

Approve permanent organizational structure and pay scales.

Program Implementation

Formulate and implement all activities, projects, and programs of GBK.

Financial Reporting

Present annual accounts, reports, budgets, and audit reports to the General Board.

Executive Management

Manage appointment, salary, benefits, and responsibilities of executives.
